Study On Nursing Home Outdoor Environmental Design

Now, the old of60years in China has reached160millions, which brings a lot of problems-the enquirment of social care level、refresh power、medical care、the spiritual and cultural civilization is increasing. If we cannot take care of this problem well, which will cause a great deal of interferences.In our country, the developing pension industry started later than Canada, Switzerland, Japan and other developed country, as a new kind of social welfare services and industry, pension industry standards are not perfect, and due to the current nursing home construction cycle is too short, leading to the current nursing home construction quality is poor.In this paper we mainly re-comb at home and abroad in the elderly population studies, summed up the design for the special needs of older persons the ease of use in the elderly places of design elements and design principles. The authors used a behavioral observation and field research, the questionnaire method of combining the analysis of the behavioral characteristics and needs of the elderly as well as existing environmental landscape to environmental behavior and landscape planning and design theory as the basis, with specific recommendations for improvement advice and planning advice. The thesis aims to explore how to take full advantage of the characteristics of each city, a tentative exploration of the spatial pattern of the apartments for the elderly; and discusses the suitable apartments for the elderly landscape planning and design principles, summed up the apartments for the elderly on Landscape Design elements, summed up the design features of the ideal outdoor environment suitable for senior citizens nursing home communication space.The main content of this article is to reflect the number of methodological issues involved in the endowment of research and practical work, including some controversial issues. And hope that these studies can play a valuable role, causing more widespread concern for people in the industry pension outdoor environment.
