The Study On Layout Planning Of Highway Freight Stations Of Integrated Transport Hub

The layout planning of highway freight terminal is one of the important issues in the study of integrate freight hub, and needs the guidance of systematical and scientific planning theories and methods. Based on the analyses of the existing research literature, the paper researches the models and methods of the layout planning of highway freight terminal from aspects of the need forecasting, and station location. Firstly, the correlation development and researchof layout planning of integrated freight hub are discussed. Secondly, combining the feature of freight hub, a variety of forecasting methods is applied in volume of freight handle forecast of highway freight terminal, and the size and number of highway freight terminal are forecasted according to the forecast results of volume of freight handle. Thirdly, commonly used location models of highway freight terminal in integrated freight hub are studied. According to the practice of highway freight terminal planning,results of demand forecastand overall planning methods for road transport hub of ministry of communications, this paper establishes a mixed integer programming model based on node importance by quantifying a series of related node importance index. Finally, combining the example of integrated transport hub programming of Wu Chang, makes use of the models, and makes sure the optimal layout project of the highway freight terminal of the Wu Chang. And then achieves the purpose that the theories research and actual circumstances combine together. Because of the model oneself and actual complexity of problem, we need the help of the computer to solve it. This paper turns to the software LINGO to solve the procedure., and successfully solved the model. It makes the method can be better used for practice.
