With the rapid economic development and accelerated regional integration process in China,cooperations and communication between regions is getting more and more intimate.The establishment of regional integrated freight hub enables to reserve resources and increase the transportation efficiency.Not considering the background of regional integration,traditional freight hubs are mainly aimed at a single city.This thesis is under the background of regional integration,make research about the layout and planning of freight hubs,has good significance in both theory and practice.Based on the main characteristics of regional integration freight,many qualitative research methods are used to conduct an in-depth theoretical research into the aspects of the regional freight demand forecasting,regional highway freight hub layout optimization model and algorithm.In the analysis of regional integration and freight network space,the author applies Data Envelopment Analysis to evaluate the efficiency of the regional freight system.The author analyzes spatial correlation and difference of regional freight transportation by using spatial autocorrelation.The interactive relationship of the regional space,industry and transportation is studied.The requirement and impact of regional integration on freight transportation system planning are also analyzed in the paper.The author puts forward some coping strategies of freight transportation system planning under the background of regional integration.As for regional freight demand forecasting,it contains two aspects: one is prediction of regional highway freight volume based on Panel Data Model;the other is distribution prediction of freight OD by Frater method.As for freight hub layout planning model and algorithm,the author established a bi-level programming model based on efficiency and fairness.The upper level takes minimum transportation cost and time cost as the goal,which takes the fund,the scale,the freight volume and the fairness restriction into consideration.The lower level is based on the efficiency of the freight volume distribution model,a solving method based on genetic algorithm is proposed.Finally,the author takes Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan as an example and analyzes the current freight station distribution in these cities,choose some of the nodes and finds out an optimal layout planning of freight hubs in Changzhutan by model solution through MATLAB programming,get the final layout scheme of Changzhutan freight hub.
