| Since human economy and society entered the stage of post-industrialdevelopment, modern society and the subjects of human science have began to puttheir attention on the quality of city life and the quality of space in social area hasbecome the focus of the subject of social and urban geography. The city is composedof different kinds of community system and place system. These different kinds ofcommunity system and place system are in different grades and they are regulated bycommunity resources. Thus, in order to improve the quality of living space in city, weshould start from the community resources. However, the allocation of these all kindsof places and facilities which have a great effect on the quality of community life nowis not fair, the need of human ordinal life and behavior has been ignored and theimproving of the quality of living space of community also has been affected. Thisresearch is on the basis of the concept of community resource’s fair allocation, uses theintegrated research method which includes positivism, structuralism and microcosmicbehaviorism, takes the electronic and mixed comprehensive social area of southwestsuburbs in Xi’an as an example, discusses the present situation and problem ofcommunity public space’s allocation, proposes the allocation model of communitypublic space system and the idea of community public space’s planning which providethe decision base for the government’s allocation of public space of community. |
