Series Research On The Development Of Scale Settlement In Mountainous Region In Chongqing Based On Symbiosis Theory

Since Chongqing became the municipality directly under the Central Government,its economy and society has been developing at a high speed, and urban constructionprogress advance rapidly. At present, Chongqing has entered the‖Second Ring Time‖,which will promote the large-scale constructions of the city，and scale settlement inmountainous region will also emerge in a large amount. Outdoor communication spaceof mountain-scale settlements is not only the important spatial carrier which promotesresidents’ emotional communication, but also bears an important function to enhance theinteraction of residents and city groups. Therefore, its planning and construction is ofgreat significance for the mountain-scale settlements and urban development.However, the construction of outdoor communication space of scale settlement inmountainous region appears to emphasize its development in each cluster more than inwhole. Meanwhile, with its obvious characteristics of inward and exclusive enjoyment,the outdoor communication space of mountain-scale settlements isolates from theurban public space which affecting the resident’s exchange and interaction. The issue iscaused by the understanding insufficiency of urban property of the Scale settlement inmountainous region and neglect of its own integrity and settlements and organicsymbiotic relationship between settlements and urban.In this context, this thesis introduces the―Symbiosis theory‖to guide the planningand studies of outdoor communication space of scale settlement in mountainous region,and analyzes the symbiotic elements of the outdoor communication space of scalesettlement in mountainous region based on the exploration of the necessity andapplicability of introducing the Symbiosis theory. Then, this thesis summarizes theexisting planning methods of the outdoor communication space of scale settlementbased on Symbiosis theory, and draws their advantages and disadvantages throughanalyzing and comparing its development needs with outdoor communication space ofscale settlement in mountainous region. Again, this thesis takes the outdoorcommunication space of scale settlement in Chongqing as research object, and analyzesand summarizes the status and problems of constructing the outdoor communicationspace starting from three symbiotic elements. On this basis, this thesis proposesplanning methods of the outdoor communication space of scale settlement in Chongqingbased on Symbiosis theory to guide the symbiotic residential outdoor communicationspace and help scale settlement in mountainous region and city reach their symbiosis and prosperity.This paper is divided into four parts, including six chapters:The first part is the first chapter, which is the origin of this study. It mainlydiscusses the background, purpose and significance of the research, research object andscope, related concepts, ideas and methods, and research framework.The second part consists of Chapters II and III is the basic theoretical research partof the paper. The second chapter discusses the connotation and constitution of the study,through the analysis of the existing planning methods and the development needs ofScale Settlement in mountainous region outdoor communication space, draws the newdemands of the scale settlement in mountainous region outdoor communication spaceand that is symbiotic. And it analysis the necessity and applicability to introducesymbiotic theory into this study. Chapter III starts from the three elements of thesymbiosis, collates and summarizes the existing planning methods based on thesymbiotic theory of settlements outdoor communication space, comparative analysiswith the characteristics of scale settlement in mountainous region outdoorcommunication space finds out its strengths and weaknesses, and proposes symbioticrequirements of scale settlement in mountainous region outdoor communication spaceplanning.The third part consists of Chapters IV and V, as the part of empiricalresearch.Chapter IV based on the symbiosis of the three elements, analyses the status ofthe symbiotic elements of scale settlement in mountainous region outdoorcommunication space in Chongqing and summarizes the symbiosis problems of outdoorcommunication space. The problems of Chapter V based on the scale settlement inmountainous region, outdoor communication space, under the guidance of the symbiotictheory, proposed the planning methods of scale settlement in mountainous regionoutdoor communication space from the symbiosis three elements and proposes theplanning and implementation recommendations to strengthen the symbiotic effect andguide the symbiotic relationship to develop positively in a long term.The fourth part is Chapter VI. It is the conclusion of the paper with the innovationpoints and makes the outlook for further study of scale settlement in mountainousregion outdoor communication space planning.
