With the construction and expansion of city,city features lost,deterioration of ecological environment has become increasingly serious,the city space layout to some extent promote and restrict the development of the city,playing a crucial role.As a theory evolved and derived from biology,the symbiosis theory has important significance on complicated city space layout.This paper based on the current research of symbiosis theory,firstly discusses the single and multiple symbiosis system in symbiosis theory system.Subsequently,summarizing the relationship between present symbiosis theory of the domestic to foreign and city development to space layout,summed up the internal symbiotic system and external symbiotic system established,corresponding to single and multiple symbiotic system.Through the early research of symbiosis theory and the development of the city,discussing that symbiosis theory has important theoretical and practical significance on the spatial layout of the city.According to the space layout of Taiping Bay Region built near the ground,based on the analysis and research,this paper constructs Taiping Bay external symbiosis system and internal symbiosis system.In the external symbiotic system,according to the research method of single symbiosis system,selecting "One Island Two Bays",Wafangdian urban area and the Taiping Bay Region as the symbiosis unit,focuses on the construction of ecological,traffic,function and spce interface,putting forward the spatial layout of the port layout from the angle of region;in the inside symbiotic system,according to the research method of multiple symbiosis system,constructing the function subsystem,communication subsystem,ecological system urban-rural areas,space subsystem,studying each of the formation of layout.Through the symbiosis elastic between each subsystem,overlying five space Layout formation,forming Taiping Bay initial plan of Taiping Bay region.Finally,constructing evaluation system to evaluate the initial plan of Taiping Bay region,through the symbiosis energy levels to identify factors need to be modified,through the symbiotic degree analyses active or passive factor attribution,and revising the active factor.Ultimately,forming the final plan of Taiping Bay region.
