Through10-year’s development since ithas become a municipality, Chong-qing not only lays a solid foundation for quicken theurban development,but also take a big step in both the theory and the practice of turbanplanning and management work which brings the city to a new start. With the particularbackground of the "Big cities with large reservoir with a large rural", scientific urbanplanning and management becomes crucial.
