The roof of the building construction can be the "fifth elevation ", Harbin building is rich in European style, which enjoy the Oriental's reputation in Moscow and Paris of the East. Traditionally, we have eye level based on the construction of the observation and elaboration. With the development of modern city, there have been many high-rise buildings and skyscrapers, which have enabled us to observe the roof of buildings. At the same time, the technology development so that we often bird's eye view from the overall architecture and landscape.
