| Three-dimensional digital model of hull structure is the application foundation ofCAD/CAM and the most important part in structure information chain. To makevirtual performance test and structural strength analysis for ship product, it requiresthe CAD data delivered to all kinds of test environment quickly and accurately. Andit also needs a virtual testing and verification system with complete function andstandardization.In this paper, the establishment of the Tribon hull model was regarded as shipstructure information sources. As a highly integrated database system, Tribon systemhas covered kinds of professional modeling data information of the hull, and the datain which is compatible and shared. But Tribon database is almost closed, and thefurther development combined with the analysis test of structure and optimizationdesign is limited, which can’t realize the open interconnection function of modernmainstream database and greatly hindered the development of the shipbuildingenterprises overall informationization. Therefore, the study and practice of Tribondata extraction method can make Tribon underlying data resources useful andavailably, also can provide accurate data for all kinds of tests in a short time.At present, the structure strength checking of naval ship and civil ship is mainlyaccording to ship inspection department or relevant specification issued byclassification society. But the standard requirement is complicated, when doingstrength checking according to ship construction and classification standard, thecalculation work is huge and the instruction books also need to be rewrote. Therefore,aimed at the current structure design and test of ship technology situation, to developa complete system of the ship strength test software based on rules can not onlyimprove the working efficiency of ship design and plan approval department, shortenthe actual checking time,effectively improve the design quality and structural safetyfactors of naval ship and enhance the efficiency of the regulation of the ship.The paper research work are summarized as follows:First of all, the author studied the modeling method of ship hull on Tribon system, model data extraction method and Tribon Vitesse the second developmenttechnology, and practiced the data extracting grammar, which has made a theoreticalfoundation for exploring "how to import the Tribon model data to the static strengthtest software".Second, based on the XML knowledge and grammar writing method, the authorresearched the principle and method for hull model information output from Tribonsystem to XML document,including each block, panel, hole, bar-section and relativeproperties information, topology information and geometry data of modelingfeatures. The ship information in XML was written into the system with certainformat and stored by use of DOM analytical tools, which regards as the data sourcesof AutoCAD automatic modeling, OpenGL picture drawing and static strength testsoftware. This work realized the purpose of transferring and sharing model datainformation by use of neutral file.In addition, it clarified the automatic generation method of hull model with theActiveX Automation technology in general platform-AutoCAD software. The outputmodel was3D wire-frame type, by making use of the AutoCAD object library andcontrolling of the AutoCAD function on Visual Basic, it entered into the model spaceto create new graphics. In the processes of automatic modeling, the author designedDisplay_CurvedPanel and Display_PlanePanel the two sub-processes respectively,and create the panel seams, board contour line, stiffener trace contour lines andbar-section lines. This work would make the collaborative designers much moreconvenient to analysis and check the hull modeling features, and participate inmodification and adjust of hull structure.Finally, on the basis of ship longitudinal strength virtual test system, the authordesigned the static strength test software of ship local structure. Using the databaseinterface between XML documents and test system and the analysis technology ofhull XML document, it finished the data transformation from Tribon system to testsoftware based on rules, which make sure that the ship data can be input into the testsoftware correctly. The software integrated VB&OpenGL3D dynamic check module,which realized the3D visualization of test model. Abided by general specificationsfor naval ships and method for structural design and strength calculation of navalsurface ship, the author designed according to the procedure "model input–loadcalculation–plate strength calculation–stiffeners strength calculations–panelstrength calculation" and so on, the project preliminary realized the digital validation and test of hull local static strength. The software ran stably, and took the each testresults of selected rib compared with hull structure strength calculation book, theresults are basically the same.In this paper, it made a preliminary planning and implementation for testinginformationization and experience-to-knowledge, and provided the correspondingmethod and platform, which built a technical support for "the surface warship overallperformance virtual test system". |
