The environment and geological conditions of waterfront mass undergroundconcrete structure is more complex than land. The proposed site was original the beach,after the artificial fly ash reclaimed land to form the land, due to geographical sake, thestructure dip in the Cl-—Ca2+underground seawater long time. Due to the highpermeability of the gravel foundation and the changes of tides, the buildings alwayssubject to sea erosion. Cracks causes steel corrosion problem is particularly prominent;Due to the phenomenon of quicksand, causes the vertical bearing capacity weakness theoverall stability poor; in order to improve the bearing capacity, intensive piling in thebasic of mass concrete structures, so bring large constraints prone to cracks; aftercracking,corrosive groundwater is adverse impact of concrete structural life. Insummary, the problem of mass underground concrete cracks in the waterfront complexgeological conditions becomes quite important. This is the significance of this researchproject.This subject, regardless of design, technology and construction, takes somemeasures to prevent the concrete cracks, including ground handling, the thickness ofprotection layer, a reasonable choice of raw materials, optimize the mixture ratio, setafter pouring and strengthening band, set up the curtain of jet grouting pile water,treatment of underground seawater, add fly ash and slag instead of part of cement, addexpanders and high-performance waterproofing agent, add a rust inhibitor to prevent thecorrosive media intrusion concrete to deal with condensation curing pile of concreteconstraints, lower boundary conditions, as well as some conservation measures toreduce the external environment impact factors on the mass underground concretestructural in complex geology of waterfront cracks. This topic use the computer in realtime control temperature difference and the MIDAS/civil finite element analysissoftware to simulate mass underground concrete structures in waterfront complexgeological conditions, forecast maximum temperature stress areas. Based on the abovecrack control measures, the results show that: the crucial factor of crack controlmeasures is to minimize the amount of cement, lower heat of hydration. Secondly, the rational treat the foundation to avoid the erosion of the tidal changes of the structure, tocontrol the infiltration of sea water, to chloride ion intrusion; again, avoid the outsideenvironment temperature difference impact on the waterfront mass undergroundconcrete cracks.This topic research on raft foundation of taiyuan road garbage transfer stationunderground mass concrete, in the process of controlling of the mass undergroundconcrete cracks in waterfront complex geological, to co-ordinate the design, technicaland economic aspects that meet the requirements of the technical feasibility. at the sametime, research the better crack controlling measures to improve the durability ofconcrete structures, lower the cost of secondary repair and reinforcement. And summedup a set of crack controlling measures to applicable to the waterfront fly ash reclamationdistrict complex geology mass concrete structures.
