Large volume concrete,as the foundation of high-rise and super high-rise buildings,has become an indispensable engineering construction project.Although in the construction technology,theoretical research in the year of innovation and development,but mass concrete as a large complex structure,there are still many unresolved technical problems.In the field of construction engineering,the mass concrete of the foundation slab of high-rise building and super high-rise building is mostly the foundation of mass concrete raft foundation.Because of the thickness of the base plate and the area is relatively large,after the completion of the completion of the construction will be due to a variety of uncertainties and cracks,which is the most common temperature cracks,but also the most serious.Therefore,the control of temperature cracks of mass concrete has become the focus in the field of building engineering.The generation of mass concrete temperature crack is the result of temperature stress,and the temperature stress is influenced by many factors,such as hydration heat of cement,external temperature,elastic modulus,shrinkage deformation and so on Concrete structure under different conditions will produce uneven temperature stress,When the stress value increases gradually,once the ultimate tensile stress exceeds the concrete,the mass concrete structure foundation slab will produce temperature cracks due to the uneven stress,which will harm the concrete structure.In this paper,combined with specific engineering,the research on the mass concrete of the foundation floor has the following aspects:(1)on the basis of consulting a large number of documents and books,the temperature field and stress field of cement hydration heat in mass concrete structure are analyzed and summarized.The development status and future development trend in recent years at home and abroad are summarized.(2)the mechanism of temperature crack of mass concrete is introduced in detail,and the factors affecting the temperature crack of mass concrete are analyzed from the concrete and other aspects.(3)The theoretical basis of the finite element simulation is introduced in detail.The temperature field theory is used to simulate the temperature stress field,and the temperature stress coupling is realized.(4)By using the method of analyzing the coupling of the finite element software ANSYS,and combined with engineering examples,for the mass concrete of the raft foundation temperature should be simulated coupling stress field calculation,concluded,analysis of simulation results.According to the structure of strain and displacement force under the influence of simulation on temperature,temperature crack analysis and control.
