With the continuous improvement of social productivity and the ever-changing construction technology,coupled with the strict land approval policies,high-rise buildings have become the mainstream of the construction market.Due to the large volume of the above-ground part of the high-rise building,a more stable foundation is required for support,resulting in an ever-increasing structural size of the building foundation,and the application of mass concrete is more and more extensive.Although the construction technology of mass concrete has been developed for many years,the research on the crack problem of mass concrete has not been interrupted,especially the temperature crack.The temperature crack of mass concrete is due to the release of a large amount of hydration heat release in the concrete,which forms a large temperature gradient field inside and on the surface of the crucible,resulting in poor deformation inside and outside the crucible,and then temperature cracks appear.How to effectively control temperature cracks is the main research content of this thesis.This paper summarizes the theoretical research results and actual construction experience of temperature cracks in mass concrete,and analyzes the causes of the development and development of temperature cracks in mass concrete and the main factors affecting the occurrence of temperature cracks.General and special measures for controlling temperature cracks in mass concrete are summarized.Through the calculation of the temperature rise of the mass concrete structure and the calculation of the crack resistance strength,the range value of the parameters in the theoretical calculation of the temperature and stress of the mass concrete is accurately solved,and the value of the theoretical calculation part parameters is corrected.Part of the complicated and cumbersome calculation formula in the Volume Concrete Construction Standard(GB50496-2018)was replaced by the formula in the 2018 edition of the Construction Manual,which made the theoretical calculation more practical and improved its accuracy.The results suggest effective measures for controlling temperature cracks in the project.The ANSYS finite element software wasused to analyze the changes of temperature and stress of mass concrete,and the feasibility of the proposed measures was verified.Finally,through the on-site monitoring of the surface temperature of the mass concrete,the theoretical calculation and the finite element analysis results are compared to confirm the scientific and rationality of the proposed measures.Based on the combination of the existing temperature crack control measures and the building construction model,the paper concludes the technical system of temperature crack control before mass concrete pouring by combining the Changchun XingLong Comprehensive Bonded Zone Entrepreneurship and Innovation Headquarters Base Project.The mass concrete construction scheme of the foundation cap and the foundation raft is proposed,and the reasonable temperature crack control measures before the mass concrete is poured are put forward,which saves the construction cost,reduces the dependence on the construction technicians during the construction process,and improves the dependence.The construction efficiency reduces the occurrence of temperature cracks and provides reference for the construction of mass concrete in the future.
