According to read many literatures and surveyed in actual projects, this article study its development trend very serious, designated the defects of computing theory and construction technology of mass concrete, this article analyzed the mechanism of crack in mass concrete, the crack includes macroscopic crack and microscopic crack. Designated the main reasons of the crack in mass concrete, includes heat of hydration in concrete, environment temperature, contraction deformation and confinement. It has two methods to avoid the crack. One is controlling temperature, making the confinements for the better, that means decrease the temperature stress; the other is raise the crack resistance and improve performance of concrete. On this basis, it illuminated the equation of heat conduction of mass concrete, the sort of boundary conditions and the processing methods for the third boundary condition. For validate the validity of theories, this article took example for the construction technology in mass concrete of one high-rise building's foundation cushion cap, monitored the temperature changing in the concrete placing by use advanced experiments. Located the affects of environment, conservation measures, additives and concrete mix ratio for the temperature of heat of hydration in mass concrete, used the Ansys simulated temperature pattern of foundation cushion cap on the grounds of the Three-dimensional Conduction Theory. Compared with Calculate results and monitoring result, this article analyzed affects of difference maintenance process for temperature pattern. According to theory and calculate results in this article, the example's construction quality is very good, parameters choose scientific, this article has referential value.
