| The integration of global economy and culture has given rise to the transformationof economic structure within the city and the change of social structure, therefore, thetraditional two-dimensional way of urban planning is developing toward to the trend ofthree-dimensional integral design, buildings intervene in the dynamic circulationsystem of the city frequently and efficiently, compared with traditional commercialbuildings, commercial complexes exceed the original closed state, evolve into amulti-level and multi-factor dynamic open system, and more and more accept thefunctions of the city, based on this reason, the quality of urban and architectural spacehas put forward by new requirements, also the form of architecture.Consequences that the commercial complex results in are the composite functionsof the bottom space, complex space, and population concentration, problems broughtby social progress and urban development are also embodied in here. For these reasons, the design of the bottom space of the commercial complex must be included in studiesof the urban system, so the emerging contradictions can be solved ultimately.Based on the angle of urban design, the thesis discusses the characteristics andproperties of the bottom space of commercial complexes, points out the necessity ofintegration of design, and analyses how interdependent, cooperate between commercialcomplex space and urban public space to jointly create a better urban environmentfrom four aspects: function, space, transportation, landscape. The combination ofcommercial complex space and urban public space mainly show in spatialinterdependence, the combination of traffic, and the coordination of landscape andenvironment. Therefore, to solve the mergence of the commercial complex bottomspace and urban public space, we must use methods such as function match, fusion penetration, reasonable scale. To achieve convenience and efficiency of the trafficsystem, we can overlap commercial complex traffic space, urban public transport, pedestrian traffic and parking space in three dimensional and horizontal dimensions. Toachieve the integration of commercial complexes and urban landscape, we can extentthe urban landscape system, cooperate them with each other. Considering variousfactots, we can achieve the integration of the city, construction and transportationultimately. The ultimate goal of integrated design is to meet people’s demand of architectureand urban space in the new era, return to humane public spaces, reform the vitality ofcommercial complex constructions, design urban public space and commercialcomplex bottom space in whole, and create a convenient, comfortable and efficientmodern life. In addition, the commercial complex bottom space and city public spacemust functionally expressed as close contact and mutual acceptance in features, organic cascading and penetration in spatial form, three dimensional composition andintegrated change in traffic, organic coordination for environment and psychologicalfeelings in the landscape, finally, to achieve the harmony of the whole city byintegrating the two spaces. |
