Commercial Complex Outer Space Research On Principle Of Urban Space

With the rapid development of China's urbanization, the urban construction renew each day, with the increasing urban population, people need more urban public open space, but due to the decreasing land of cities, the development of urban public open space is limited. At the same time, with the increasing urban population density, we needs of public business space. Therefore, the city's commercial complexes spaces are constantly emerging. Modern commercial complex outdoor public space will become the important part of urban public open space, if we can design the principle of urban open space as the public commercial complex space, to enhance the overall evaluation of the commercial complex spaces, and solve the problem of the shortage of urban open space now which will be great significance.In this article, through the six chapters, we illustrate how to use the business consumer behavior and the principles of urban open space to design outdoor public commercial complex space. In the first and second chapter, we study the original concept of commercial complex outdoor space, types and existing problems are expounded; Then in the third chapter, analyze the commercial complex open space of urban value, to reach conclusion that the role of public space in urban commercial complex; In the fourth chapter, analysis space through the consumer behavior model and the relationship, to show how commercial public space design provide consumer psychological behavioral basis; In the fifth chapter, summarized the design principles and design methods; Finally in the sixth chapter, summed it up the foreign and local samples, and the author personally designed project instance analysis to illustrate the public space of commercial complex, and the connection with the urban open space.
