Thus, the development of city is highlydependant on support of traffic, in recent years, under the background of the era ofhigh-speed rail, the economic development of city and spatial expansion rate isaccelerating.High-speed rail is the main solution to the large number of passengers’transportation problem and plays a very important role in rapid transit way along theroad area, urban development and the evolution of the spatial structure. With rapiddevelopment of high-speed rail construction in China, more and more high-speed railpassenger station and the surrounding areas begin large-scale development andconstruction. With the gradual improvement of the surrounding areas of the high-speedrailway construction, the surrounding areas of the High-speed rail Station developmentput forward higher requirements. However, whether the influence of high-speed rail indifferent levels of the city is the same, bring high-speed rail hub "node value" expecttoo much, these problems will need to be further gone into.For the impact of high-speed rail on city spatial effects, mainly from theperspective of the urban design analysis of high-speed rail station impact on third-tier cities and urban coping strategies. From macro positioning analysis, the concept ofbuild linkages and micro-planning and design of the three levels elaborate the effect indetail the high-speed rail station for the three lines of urban space.The urban design of high-speed rail passenger station surrounding areas means,through the coordination of urban design and planning,convergence of urbanplanning,transportation planning and architecture design three aspects. Combinatingurbanfunctions (transport founction, commercial function,office function, and livingfounction), the development of high-speed rail passenger station surrounding areas,transit and transfer with architecture design, make full use of high-speed rail passengerstation gathered a large number of people, provide traffic accessibility and variousfunctions of public space, so as to create the location economic advantages and publicactivities, to promote high-speed rail new district development, realize the urbansustainable development. This paper adopts positive research method to the urbandesign of high-speed rail passenger station surrounding areasproviding reference toother small cities.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter of thesis introduction,describes the subject of the major research background,significance,frameworks,methods and innovation;ChapterⅡ analyzes the high-speed rail on urban space promote and influence.First, as the green traffic system, the paper disucss theadvantage of high-speed railrelative to the other mode of transportation and the influence on the surrounding areasdevelopment of high-speed rail passenger station.ChapterⅢpresents the domestic and international high-speed railway constructionpractices,in contrast to a second-tier city and the three line of the city, introduces theurban design of high-speed rail passenger station surrounding areas.ChapterⅣ is a core part of the theory and practice, on urban design, based on theprevious paper; in view of the various elements of urban design, summarizethe methodof the urban design of high-speed rail passenger station surrounding areas, elaborate the design of constituent elements, finally, propose the urban design guidelines of theurban design of high-speed rail passenger station surrounding areas.Chapter Ⅴ is case study part, take the urban design of Tai’an high-speed railpassenger station for instance, correspond with the theoretical achievement, applytheory to results.ChapterⅥ is the summary of this paper and proposes the thinking and suggestionof the urban design of high-speed rail passenger stationthird-cities areas in China. |
