As the first high-speed railway linking Gansu Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,the Lan-Xin High-speed Railway passes through the three provinces of Qinghai,Gansu,and Xinjiang.Its opening to traffic has improved the transportation infrastructure in the Northwest.The survival and development of urban industry depends on the innovation of transportation technology.This article uses the accessibility index to characterize the effects of high-speed railways.Through a systematic study and classification of urban industrial competitiveness,this paper analyzes the mechanism of high-speed railways on urban industrial competitiveness.Empirical research was conducted in 37 cities(states)and regions in the three provinces.Firstly,at home and abroadthe technical and functional characteristics of high-speed railways are sorted out and analyzed,the research methods of high-speed railway effects are categorized,and the accessibility method is selected for measurement.From the two levels of industry autocorrelation and industry external correlation,the city’s industrial competitiveness indicators are classified and screened.Finally,analyze the effect mechanism of high-speed railway on urban industrial competitiveness,establish an evaluation system,and sort out the evaluation path of high-speed railway on urban industrial competitiveness.Then based on theoretical analysis,taking the Lanxin line as an example,the empirical research is carried out.First,construct a high-speed rail effect evaluation system and introduce passenger traffic into the accessibility index to improve the evaluation system.Secondly,study the impact of high-speed railways on urban industrial competitiveness;use principal component analysis to explore the mechanism of high-speed railways on urban industrial competitiveness based on historical data and predicted values。Finally,promote the construction of high-speed railway transportation in Northwest China Suggestions for development. |
