The Design Of Tinnitus-detecting And Curing System Based On Network Database

A new system of tinnitus-detecting and curing is developed in this paper. Combined with the embedded control technology, database manager and other technology, it has finished the circuit design for tinnitus-detecting, curing, and feedback by patients, and integrates interrogation, detections, cure, medical-records dealing in one system by communication circuit, so that doctors can diagnose and give treatment to patients more precisely. It includes two aspects:the hardware and the software of the system.The hardware of the system includes the master-chip circuit, communication module, coded switches, storage control module, LCD module and sound-production module. The hardware can receive the instruction from PC, and produce a variety of sound in different intensity and types according to the instruction. Periodic sounds, such as pure tone, pulsed pure tone are produced by DDS algorithm with wide range of frequencies and high precise of frequencies; non-periodic sounds stored in a4GB SD card are read by the master-chip via CH376and they are played without distortion. The high-performance volume control chip PGA2310is also applied in the system, which makes the system has127dB volume range and0.5dB precision.The software is developed in the integrated development environment Visual Studio2010and the database management system SQL Server2008, and connects to the hardware via the CAN bus. The software integrate interrogation, detections, cure, medical-records dealing and can store, query and filter the medical-records automatically, improving the efficiency of doctors, so that patients of tinnitus can get a reasonable choice of treatment.The system has been redesigned several times, and finally it passed the test by the Medical Device Testing Center in Shanxi Province, which parameters can reach even exceed the national standards.
