This paper introduces a detecting research of new digital instrument for curing tinnitus. It is based on the trial of aftereffect restraint and the shelter therapeutics. It can offer many shelter sounds includeing square wave, sine wave and random, natural sounds, regulate frequency and volume by digital. It's made up of many audio frequency digital semaphores and a computer in order to meet the need of a doctor to manage some tinnitus sufferers.System hardware circuit audio digital signal source achieve this functions:Sound signals, sound intensity level control, data communications, liquid crystal display, alarm and power. The DDS technolog is used to produce periodic waves, it improves wave which make the distortion is within 1﹪, timbre and precision which is confined in 1Hz within 20kHz, debases noise. Compared with using a dedicated DDS chip costs by 80% ,the interface circuit is simplified. It use one SD chip to putout many natural sounds. The multi-level attenuation resistor network is used to control intensity, it confines precision in±0.5dB within 130dB. C8051F330 single chip is used as the master chip to use its wealth of internal resources such as D/A and SPI interface and the characteristics of fast. The system hardware and software design are simplified .System integration is improved.The upper memory computer used LabWindows/CVI6.0 which is a visual software to design control panel and database which can save and query the sufferer's informations. It can tune up curing protocols and parameters, display these correlative parameters and supply some helpful informations. It uses custom agreement and CAN bus to communicate with the semaphores and simplified hardware junctures.After a few to improvement ,the main technical parameters of prototypes of the equipment have reached the requirements of manufacturers, and acoustic detection by the Beijing Medical Center for testing in line with national standards ,has entered the clinical testing phase.
