In the thesis, we form a scheme to design a system for curing and diagnosing tinnitususing mainly tinnitus masking therapy. The system should have many advantages such as highratio of price, stability, wide applications, and high accurate frequency.This design is to adjust recipe, frequency and intensity. The instrument hardware mainlydesigns power modules, single chip microcomputer, and power amplifier module. Radiofrequency power attenuator is the key part of this equipment, whose performance determinesthe accuracy of the test. The HT1621LCD displays the time of the parent’s treatment. Theaperiodic signals are stored in the large memory of AT45DB161D. The main function is signalgeneration, signal extraction, signal attenuation and signal amplifier.In order to realize patient information administration systematization, normalization andautomation, the upper computer uses visual programming environment C++Builder. Themultiple interface form of upper computer mainly includes main interface, testing interface,treat interface, print interface, patient query interface, case record interface etc. The uppercomputer program is firmly in accordance with patient’s treatment process. All the patients’data are stored into the database. In our project, this paper can get the curves from theTeechart control to analyze patients’ testing data. Besides, the QRrport works together withthe database to generate our own statement easily. This paper applies VFW (Video forWindows) to edit patients’ photos to obtain Video Capture. AVICap window is used to supportreal-time video streaming and single frame capture so as to control video source.The intelligent instrument has been put into operation in a hospital. Varioustechnical indicators have reached the medical requirements. Practice shows that the wholesystem moves stably and works efficiently, the process is reasonable, and the function iscompleted.
