Vertical arcuate lock gate, also known as the sector lock gate, is used widely at home and abroad because it can not only bear two-way water heads but also open and close conveniently in dynamic water. The No.2lock gate at Jianbi,zhenjiang, which is an example of sector lock gate, is modeled based on3D analyzed in simulative impact test, conducted power compiler test and worked out in this dissertation. And the structural arrangement of introducing optimization, the results show that the optimized result model.In this dissertation, firstly the water gates are briefly outlined, leads to the vertical arcuate lock gate of the concept, and its’structure arrangement, force characteristics such as a brief overview. Secondly, this dissertation introduces the ship impact force rules and experience formula, derived by empirical formula to calculate the Jianbi ship-gate impact results, and by using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA program of Jianbi ship-gate impact dynamic finite element simulation, the impact force of the curve, finite element results of the analysis and formula calculation results obtained:domestic and international design standards for ship impact force numerical rules obvionsly too small. At the same time, the other loads on the gate are analyzed and finited element analysis model.This dissertation focuses on the influence of reinforcement front sector lock gate under ship impact factor of ability:gate anti-collision board spot spucing, gate anti-collision plate thickness and broken line type anti-collision board line angle of three aspects of analysis, works out the above factors optimization results. And in the optimal based on these results, by using the nonlinear finite element software LS-DYNA and response surface method for gate anti-collision plate collision simulation optimization simulation test, draw the triangle gate before reinforcement anti-collision plate optimal design, and the main gate anti-collision plate to simulate impact analysis, the reinforcement after the sector lock gate crash energy absorption characters of the panel, compares with before reinforcement contrast, works out several conclusions.
