With the increase of tonnage,flow and speed of navigable ships in rivers,the contradiction between ships and bridges becomes more and more acute,and the role of anti-collision facilities is extremely important.Anti-collision facilities can effectively reduce the impact force and reduce the damage to pier structure and durability caused by ship impact.In this paper,the dynamic response analysis and anti-collision facility design of the main pier 3 of Tongling Yangtze River Bridge are carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the existing theories of ship-bridge collision and the calculation methods of ship impact force,analyzes and compares the current world regulations on impact force and empirical formulas for calculating impact force,and calculates the results of impact force under four tonnages and four velocities based on this bridge;(2)This paper summarizes the relevant calculation theory of LS-DYNA software,studies and discusses the key points and assumptions involved in the numerical simulation of ship impact bridge,and compares the material models;establishes the basic simulation model,studies the impact speed,ship tonnage and other factors on the impact process,calculates the maximum impact force under each working condition,and compares with the results of empirical formula.The calculation formula of impact force was fitted by 1stOpt software,and it can provide a reference for engineering practice.(3)The parameterized expansion analysis of collision process is carried out,and the effects of bow stiffness(bow shape,steel plate thickness),cap structure form and impact angle on collision force of ship against bridge are discussed.(4)This paper summarizes the working principle and characteristics of existing bridge anti-collision measures,designs the anti-collision facilities of the bridge,establishes the finite element simulation model of anti-collision facilities,analyzes their anti-collision effect,checks the safety of piers.
