Research Of The Urban Ecological Water Landscape Design

Water landscape has been an important part of the urban landscape art all the time,and with the water shortage, water pollution in the urban environment becomingincreasingly prominent, design and construction of urban water landscape is not onlylimited to appreciation. The development of landscape ecology gradually puts attentionof designers from displaying artistry of the landscape to reflecting the ecological valueof the landscape. The way of using the ecological point of view to guide the urban waterlandscape design has become a trend. With water landscape as an important componentof urban ecosystems, How to carry out the implementation of the principle ofeco-design in the urban waterscape design is still a new topic to the China’s urban waterlandscape design. The design of urban ecological water creates very importantsignificance to the healthy and sustainable development of the urban landscapeenvironment.The essay treats the eco-water landscape design in the urban space as the researchobject, classifying from the development process of the water landscape to design styleof the water landscape, doing a comprehensive analysis based on the current urbanwater landscape design status in China and the practical problems people face. Treatingthe landscape ecology as the theoretical basis, the essay summarizes the method ofartificial water landscape and the urban waterfront landscape design, by describing thestatus, form, approach and role of water landscape and the environmental formationsystematically.
