Research On Water Landscape Design Of Urban Square

My paper, taking the Position of the Grand Sun City of Zhuzhouproject as the city’s new coordinates, and considering Yandi Squarereconstruction as an opportunity,did a research for the design andapplication of water landscape in city square. Meanwhile, Through theinvestigation and analysis of the reconstructed water landscape in ZhuzhouYandi Square, drawing on theory and practice of landscape waterexperiences at home and abroad,and from the aesthetics of landscape,landscape ecology, landscape symbols, landscape psychology andbehavioral, My paper perspectived reconstruction of the advantages anddisadvantages of water landscape in Zhuzhou after Yandi Square, and cameup with the design principle and method of water landscape in city squareby taking the Zhuzhou Yandi Square as represent. Thereby constructing anew system and new models of contemporary China’s development waterlandscape in city square.The full text is divided into five chapters.Chapter Ⅰ describling briefly the background of the water landscapedesign of city square, the purpose and significance of the research,andcontents and methods of research and its innovation.Chapter Ⅱ study on characteristics of water bodies and waterlandscape concepts, elements and functions from its theory, analysis thedevelopment and changing of water landscape following by the development in the city water at all times,and exploring the links andrelated theories between city water and city square.Chapter Ⅲ investigation on and analysis of the conversed waterlandscape in Zhuzhou after Yandi Square, with the help of questionnaires,interviews, surveys, ratings, scores, behavior observation, field tests andother methods, investigation on the aesthetic function, mental function, andthe ecological function of the index of yandi square water, and analysis thesurvey data and statistics, thereby coming out the inadequacy of waterlandscape design of Yan Square, finally making solutions against theinadequacy.Chapter Ⅳ Elaboration the type of design, plane, spatial layout andaesthetic features of the reconstructed water landscape in Zhuzhou afterYandi Square and study and making a comparition with the case ofcontemporary urban water landscape, then summaring of the reference andfinding something can be improved in these cases.chapter Ⅴ reflection on the current situation of water landscape inthe Town Plaza, and from the perspective of art design, with the help of thesubjects research tools and analysis methods such as landscape ecology,psychology, semiotics, landscape landscape subjects, discussing theprinciples, ideas and methods of construction of water landscape in citysquare.
