When the horizontal wells are fracturing in different fragments, fracturing pipe stringwith multi-excluders will face with the situation that the phenomenon of self-locking occurseasily due to holding huge friction drag in the process of back reaming and landing, and theproblem that new contacts of fracturing pipe string will come into being between excludersbecause of axial force compression even leading to fracturing pipe string collapsing.Therefore, study on pipe string mechanics in different working situations is a preference ofrealizing seasonal design of multi-fracturing pipe strng and being sure that the processimplements successfully.The article is described in detail about the structure of egmentation fracturing pipe withsliding sleeve excluder in horizontal well, including the components of fracturing pipe sting,functions and features of each component parts and technology theory of well sliding sleeveexcluder egmentation fracturing at first, so there is a full knowledge of the technology processof egmentation fracturing pipe with sliding sleeve excluder in horizontal well.Considering the problem of putting into fracturing liquid causing the change of thetemperature of pipe string, building the model of fracturing liquid pipe string layer unstablestate heat conduction field, calculating the change of the temperature of fracturing liquid inpipe as the well is deeper when the heat conduction is reaching the equal conditions, carryinga testing experiments of fracturing flowing features at different temperatures and the rate ofsediment charge, getting the flowing index of fracturing liquid with different rates of sedimentcharge and changing curve of thickness index as temperature’changing, considering thechanges of the temperature of fracturing liquid at different well depths influence the traits offlowing,based on the theory of pressure loss of exponential flow liquid pressure loss, buildingcalculating model of fracturing liquid flowing friction drag, thus realizing exact calculation ofpressure of the bottom of fracturing pipe in horizontal well.Through the analysis of force on different condition under lower fracturing, fracturingstring axial force calculation model is established, and puts forward the method of columnsafety checking pipe, and according to the material mechanics bending beam theory,established between two packer fracturing string bending deflection calculation model,analysis of the deflection of column in the casing of the limit value, proposes the packerfracturing method to determine the contact point of the emergence of new column, providesthe basis for the establishment of frictional resistance calculation model; According to thecondition of strength, friction and geometry conditions, combined with the previous fracturing string mechanics calculation, establish horizontal well fracturing string in the wellbore liftingand lower process through capacity discriminant; and through the flat10wells on the exampleanalysis to the temple, and verify the reliability of theoretical calculation model.
