A Dynamics Analysis On Fracturing Strings Of The Horizontal Well

With the development of the oil field exploration, the major reservoir deliverability is close to saturation.The exploration activities of the oil field are developing in low permeable reservoir and oil sheet.The technologies of horizontal well and hydraulic facturing are effective in increasing productionof the reservoir.In this thesis, the fracturing string strained in horizontal well is researched. Contacting, together with the friction resistance, between the fracturing string and casing wall, is considered. The strength constraint, the frictional conditions and the geometry factors are all calculated in horizontal fracturing string. And then the mathematical model is built, which is used to describe discharge capacity of the packing fracturing strings, during raising and lowering process.In the process of facture, fracturing strings are affected by sand fracturing fluid flowing. With existed drilling mechanics, the fracturing strings characteristics is putting forward, and the differential equation and the dynamic equilibrium between strings tension and torque. The fracture strings stress and deformation calculation is finished during fracture fluid injecting.The high-level programming language, Delphi is used in program design, and a software is worked out. From the model in the thesis, the string friction is calculated, the discharge capacity is analyzed, the string deformation is studied and the ultimate pumping pressure is computed. The fracturing string strength is checked in fracturing operation. It makes great sense in fracturing safety operation.
