With the rapid development of petroleum exploration, medium and high permeability of conventional oil and gas fields gradually reduce, making the importance of low permeability reservoir highlighted increasingly, how to improve the oil well productivity is the biggest difficulty of low permeability reservoir development, horizontal well and fracturing is the two major kinds of technologies for improving the productivity of oil wells, if they are used to the exploitation of low permeability reservoirs, which will further improve the well productivity. Horizontal well open hole staged fracturing technology, to increase the production capacity of low permeability oil reservoirs at present stage, is one of the best well completion technology, The main hardware is the staged fracturing tubing string, the technology difficulty lies in the sealing reliability of staged fracturing tools, especially compression open hole packer’s packer ability and the sliding sleeve’s sealing performance directly determine success or failure of staged fracturing operation at a large extent.Based on the conventional compression open hole packer working condition, the paper analyze the sealing structure simulation and establish a set of suitable for the analysis of the packer sealing structure specification and evaluation methods; in view of the conventional packer often appear the disadvantage of low contact pressure between rubber and drilling, leakage between rubber and the central tube, Studied the rubber number and distance ring shape have an influence on the contact pressure of the rubber, acquire a new type sealing structure consists of two short rubber tube, two long slotted rubber tube, T oblique ring, cross taper ring. Research shows that new type sealing structure more effective pass setting force to sealing rubber tube under the same setting force, which ensure the packer sealing reliability.Based on the sliding sleeve tee actual working condition, tee erosion wear phenomenon because of carrying fluid flow, which caused the seal failure, the paper analyse the tee fluid erosion simulation and establish a set of suitable for the analysis of the Sliding sleeve tee specification and evaluation methods, and complete the optimization of conventional tee taper and proposed the double taper tee optimization scheme, double taper tee effectively reduces the sleeve tee erosion wear. simultaneously analyze different carrying fluid flow, the density of particle, particle size, outlet pressure, proppant volume fraction have an effect on the erosion wear rule of double taper tee,the research show that the carrying fluid flow is particularly obvious for double taper tee erosion effect.It is the compression open hole packer sealing ability and sliding sleeve tee erosion wear that has providing a reference value for improving horizontal well open hole packer sealing structure’s design and sliding sleeve erosion wear. The result ensure the success rate of horizontal well staged fracturing.
