Fracturing completion technology of horizontal well is one of the main technical means for the development of low permeability reservoir.The technology of horizontal well fracturing completion applied in Shengli Oilfield is not perfect,and there are some shortcomings which is not suitable for staged exploration.The optimization of the new horizontal well fracturing completion technology can improve the development efficiency of the low permeability reservoir in Shengli Oilfield.Based on the existing research results,this paper further improves the fracturing completion technology of horizontal well in low permeability reservoirs by comparing and analyzing the fracturing and completion technology of horizontal wells at home and abroad.According to the research,analysis,laboratory experiment,design optimization and on-site implementation of the research,based on the research and experiment,we optimized sand filter construct of tube packer,and chose the best nozzle shape to improve its wear resistance,which helps to better effectiveness of the implementation on site.We also finished the whole tool strings including open-hole packer,droping-ball sleeve,cementing sleeve and other key tools which can stand pressure of 70 MPa,150?.The designed string tools can meet the need of requirements on site with 15 stages.This research can improve success rate of the fracturing and completion of the horizontal well,and provide favorable technical support for the development of the low permeability reservoir in Shengli Oilfield.
