Study On Optimization Of Land Use Structure In Anda City Based On Ecosystem Services Value

Land is one of the scarce resource, it can not be replaced basic resources for the acutecontradictions between population and land is increasing.Besides，as the population continue toincrease, the process of urbanization continues to accelerate，the social land for all kinds ofindustries have become increasingly prominent, the declining quality of the land, the ecologicalenvironment deterioration of which serious constraints the sustainable of economicdevelopment.So we must be re-understanding the relationship between man and nature in orderto achieve the imminent.In the study area of Anda，relative rate of change by calculating the dynamic degree of landuse, Analysis of the characteristics of the Anda land use change in the number reveals themagnitude of the regional land-use changes in the number, speed, and extent of land-use change.According to the theory of land use structure optimization and ecosystem services, we evaluated2000-2009the land ecosystem service value of Anda, the establishment of multi-objective linearprogramming model based on the value of ecosystem services, draw the reasonable land usestructure of Anda for the future land-use structure optimization, puts forward a series ofreasonable programs:（1）Overall land use presents “four minus five by stable characteristics”. That the decrease inthe garden, pastures, waters and nature reserves; increase in forest land and other agricultural land,residential and independent mining land, transportation, water conservation, land and otherconstruction land; arable land change and stability, and overall maintain homeostasis.（2）10years of Anda from the rate of change of land use types, land-use change fasterbetween-5.16%-2.75%year-on-year rate of change, Corner land use change is the most dramaticchange was-5.16%, woodland, other construction land change more dramatic,2.75%and2.18%respectively. Settlements and independent mining land use and transportation, water conservationland use change, land use dynamics of1.10%and1.99%, respectively.（3）From2000to2009,the magnitude of value change in the overall trend of the Andaecosystem service is reduced. Anda ecosystem service value decreased from8，853，613，000yuanin2000to8，645，323，000yuan in2009,10years, a decrease of208.29million yuan， the overallvalue of the ecosystem services showed a downward trend.（4）The gray model GM （1，1）, and predicted the land according to Anda2000-2009data and the reality of,2020Anda ecosystem service value. The calculated value of8.80068billionyuan in2020, an increase compared to2009. Reasonable use land resources, the ecologicalenvironment will be improved and optimized adjustment of land use structure has a very importantsignificance.（5）To maximize the value of ecosystem services as a target, set the ecosystem services unitfor seven variables and constraints established in accordance with the actual situation of the Anda9, and the establishment of the objective function. Calculated2020Anda land use structure, and asa condition to calculate ecosystem service value of8.80068billion yuan, higher than the20098，645，323，000yuan. The predict results show that the optimization of land use structure and itsecological benefits than the status quo. At the same time, according to the needs of economicdevelopment, the construction land has increased also been developed to ensure the value ofecosystem services and economic.（6）Determined on the basis of the land use structure optimization program of Anda,improve land utilization, saving the intensive use of land resources, to strengthen the protection ofthe ecological environment, to ensure sustainable land use, and protection of the land-use structureoptimizationmeasures to improve the scientific management of the land.
