Under the background of "Beautiful China" and the construction of ecological civilization,it is not only an important task of land use planning to explore the optimal path to realize "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",but also the key content to optimize the spatial layout of land and solve the problems of ecological restoration and economic development.At present,the relevant researches on land use optimization are mainly concentrated in the research areas of administrative divisions,while the researches on simultaneous optimization of administrative districts,ecological service areas and ecological system scope are relatively rare.Based on the research results of the ecological security pattern of the existing scholars,combined with the ecological security pattern,ecosystem services and other related theories,the paper puts forward a land use optimization method based on ecosystem service evaluation,and takes Yudaokou Ranch as an example to carry out an empirical study.In this paper,the multi-objective linear programming method is used to analyze Yudaokou pasture.The results of land use optimization based on multi-objective linear programming can reach 600.219 million yuan when the economic benefits are maximized,and can obtain more economic benefits in a short period of time,but its ecological benefits are low,and it has not been optimized in terms of spatial allocation.The ecological benefit can reach 1674.512 million yuan when the ecological benefit is maximized,but from the reality,the construction land area of this scheme is not reasonable,compared with the scheme when the economic benefit is maximized,it is more in line with the reality.The multi-objective linear programming method does not consider the quantity and spatial structure,so this paper uses the land use planning method of ecosystem service evaluation to try to consider the long-term economic benefits from the perspective of ecological restoration and protection.This paper uses Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to construct anecosystem service evaluation system.Based on the results of ecosystem service evaluation,the paper measures the distribution of ecosystem service quality of Yudaokou Ranch and explores the location and attribute characteristics of plots that affect its ecosystem security pattern.The results show that these plots are often the lowest score areas for windbreak and sand fixation services.Based on this result,the paper adjusts its land use status in combination with Arc GIS to form an optimized layout of land use status.Then Clue-s is used to extract distribution rules,Markov is used to simulate the quantity of land demand,2017 is used to simulate the land use in 2022,and Kappa coefficient is 0.883 after inspection,which indicates that the simulation optimization is well completed.The optimization results indicate that in 2022,in the optimal layout of Yudaokou pasture land use,woodland,pasture land and water conservation area can show a gradual growth trend.The woodland layout focuses on northwest,west and east,supplemented by water conservation and pasture land to jointly restore vegetation.The change of sandy land is the most obvious,from 3.43% to 0.51%;Construction land is mainly distributed in the center of Yudaokou Scenic Spot.Farmland is mainly distributed in the southwest near the water source.The optimized and simulated land use pattern in2022 is about 50.9255 million yuan higher than the ecosystem service value of the current land use situation in 2017.Considering the quantity and spatial structure,the land use optimization method based on ecosystem service evaluation can better conclude that the land use planning method based on ecosystem service evaluation is feasible and can effectively optimize land use from quantity and space.It can not only coordinate ecological benefits and economic benefits,but also take into account regional ecological security,so as to provide reference for the establishment of ecological defense line and the construction of ecological civilization in northern China.
