Analysis And Evaluation Function Of The Marine Reserves Management System

Along with the dramatic growth of marine protected areas, the monitoring data andnatural information of the protected areas also increase greatly, which in need of usinginformation system to manage. Therefore the National Marine Environmental MonitoringCenter established a marine protected area management system in2008,for the purpose ofmanaging the national marine nature reserves、the national marine special protected reserves、the local marine nature reserves、the local marine special protected reserves.This paper bases on the original marine protected areas management system，using theobject-oriented C#language、basic component of ArcGIS Engine and DevExpress, adds threenew modules, including the analysis module、the data evaluation module、the evaluationresults of three-dimensional display module。The paper introduces analysis and contract of thedata and how to realize it.In the data evaluation module, introducing the basis for dataevaluation、evaluation principles、evaluation index、the evaluation method of the mainprotected object、the evaluation method of the water quality、the evaluation method of themarine sediment quality、the evaluation method of marine biological diversity variationtrend.The paper also introduces how to develop these methods.By developing marine protected area monitoring system, it provides analysis andevaluation tools for the protected area management construction.The system improves marineprotected area monitoring data utilization ratio and improves the management level of themarine protected area.
