Mining object is a variety of mineral resources, for a long time it is always a difficult task how to effectively manage and analyze data to further evaluate and control the damage arising from the use of coal industry and mining processing. Geographic Information System is an emerging technology based on computer, and surrounding the technology's research, development and application it became a cross-cutting nature and marginal subjects, it is also a technology system about spatial data management and research. Geographic Information System which is in support of computer hardware, can deal with spatial data by geographical coordinates or spatial location, manage data efficiently and study the relationship between the various entities space. Through comprehensive multi-factor analysis, it can quickly meet the application needs access to the information, and are able to indicated the treatment results in the form of map or graphics or data.GIS software platform through the secondary development and customization may be more vulnerable to the realization of mining subsidence data prediction and visualization of the process, through the observation station on the analysis of measured data on the subsidence of the scope and extent of the impact of accurate prediction and visualization, as well as the use of digital elevation model (DEM) data to achieve three-dimensional visualization, so that mining subsidence problem with visualization of the qualitative leap realize the purposes of the mining subsidence data analysis and management. The subject study based on ArcGIS Engine mining subsidence of the bureau level data analysis and management system using C# Language to develop subsidence observation data processing module, including calculating subsidence observation data, also mining subsidence prediction and graphics, etc. to achieve the automated processing of subsidence data. This paper used the GIS secondary development theory, combined with mining subsidence prediction model and the mine field of research knowledge to achieve a subsidence hazard data analysis and management, including inquiring information on mining subsidence, creating thematic mining subsidence maps, analyzing the output mining subsidence data, creation of contours and mining subsidence graphics, and then realized the visualization of automatic drawing. Finally achieve settlement of the data analysis and disaster management, and monitoring the development of mining disasters and forecasting, disaster prevention and reduction for the corresponding engineering, computing, etc. It is an object-oriented platform basis for the management of mineral resources to provide a new macro-management and decision support tools.Figure [42] table [13] references [56]...
