Mineral resources are an important material basis for national economic and social development.The development and utilization of mineral resources has played a major role in the rapid development of China's economy.In order to reduce environmental damage and protect valuable mineral resources,relevant departments use remote sensing technology and geographic information technology in the monitoring of mineral resources to obtain a large number of remote sensing monitoring data.These monitoring data are processed and processed by the relevant department staff to produce comprehensive and standardized mineral resource monitoring results data for unified use.After years of work accumulation and summarization,relevant units have compiled and stored remote sensing monitoring data into a mature and complete workflow to ensure that the data of remote sensing monitoring results meet relevant normative standards.The division and change detection of vector data is a very important work link in the process of producing mineral resources monitoring results data.The operation of vector data that needs to be put into storage determines whether the monitoring data can be carried out smoothly.In order to establish the data standard of results and ensure the quality of data,the relevant departments have compiled the Technical Requirements for Mine Remote Sensing Survey and Monitoring Inbound Data.Due to the large number of vector data,small-scale vectors are divided into different requirements for large-scale vector data.When data is faced complicated partitioning and timeconsuming manual operations lead to very inefficient work,and when the corresponding data is divided into vector data,complicated comparison entries,and a large amount of data,Statistical work is extremely error-prone.Therefore,how to divide the vector data and perform corresponding change detection on the divided data is very important in the work of the result data storage.Now,The problem of the division and change detection of vector data is how to ensure that the vector data re-division process can be correctly divided into the target area,and establish a standardized and accurate change detection model.Therefore,according to the "Technical Requirements for Mine Remote Sensing Survey and Monitoring Inbound Data",this paper first analyzes the specification of vector data stored in the warehouse,and summarizes it from three aspects: classification,storage and attribute specification,and understands the required specifications,followed by vector.The data warehousing process is sorted out and summarized into four items: data preparation,information extraction,results compilation,quality inspection,and change detection.It also clarifies the role of vector data partitioning and change detection in it.Finally,based on the above summary and combined with the actual situation.Work,the system is designed from the target,requirements,model establishment,and system overall,through the AE plug-in open and related technology to complete the implementation of the entire system.
