A Study On The Quality And Safety Supervision Mechanism Of Food Producing And Processing Companies In Guanghan

Food safety has a close bearing on people’s health and life security, as well as the country’s healthy development and social stability. How to utilize limited public resources to efficiently supervise food safety emerges as an urgent and challengeable issue around the world. Taking the food producing and processing companies in Guanghan as an object of study, this paper discusses and designs a safety supervision mechanism of food producing that is consistent with the local circumstances. Based on the relevant concepts and theories, this paper first makes a comparative research on the modes of food safety supervision home and abroad. Then, this paper analyzes the current situations of food production companies and food safety supervision in Guanghan, puts forward some innovative measures of the quality and safety supervision modes, and reviews the supervision effect. As an exploration, this paper provides some references for the local government’s food safety supervision and the establishments of food safety supervision mechanism in Guanghan, which will promote the healthy development of local food producing companies, improve their competitiveness and boost the economy.
