The Rural Environment Research Problems

This paper studies the development of rural economy and environmental relation problem. In the past several years, rural environment bears more and more pressure from fast rural population increase, rural economic development, agricultural exploration scale and resource consumption by rural area’s industry. Our country is a big agricultural country. Seventy percent of Our population lives in rural areas. Therefore it is a very important part of society and economy as well as a palace that so many kinds of natural resources and ecosystems concentrate together. It will directly affect the continual development of agricultural production and rural economy whether the rural environments is good or not, at the same time affect vast people’s life condition and quality. Rural ecological environment, a direct role in the agricultural production and the sustainable development of rural economy, directly affects the majority of people’s life condition and quality process.In 《Economic And Philosophical Manuscripts,1844》, Marx made comprehensive study about nature-human relationship, clarified the human position in nature and brought forward zoology-nature theory that human and nature lived harmoniously. These should be our directive theory that helps US to comprehend human-nature relationship and continual development.This paper deeply to Marx philosophy and the relationship between man and nature and Marx economics theory, through the analysis of Marx philosophy and the relationship between man and nature, the theory of circular economy theory meaning, that only reasonable and accurate positioning of people’s status in the nature, establishing people and nature, society and natural and harmonious development concept in order to avoid social development the high cost of growth. Based on the reality of our country, is to implement the scientific outlook on development, implementation society is comprehensive, harmonious, sustainable development.Secondly, through to our country rural ecological environment problems of farmer life difficulties, insufficient investment, policy support, lack of transfer of rural pollution aggravate, environmental management system and agricultural technology extension system defects, peasants’environmental protection consciousness is weak, make us aware of the problems of the rural ecological environment has been hampered by the development of rural economy, restricting the progress that agriculture produces, also make rural region loss of resources development opportunity, the deterioration of the environment has become the agricultural product export trade barriers. Therefore, pay attention to and solve the problems of the rural ecological environment, is a pressing matter of the moment.Finally, put forward to face our country rural ecological environment deterioration as a result we are only concerned with economic development, pay close attention to current interests, and to ignore environmental protection, contrary to the objective laws of nature and the tolerable limits, and thus by nature’s revenge for this reason, we should take a series of measures to control the deterioration of the environment, should develop a rural area energetically circular economy, establish and improve the rural environmental protection laws and regulations, establish and improve the long-term management mechanism, strengthen rural environmental protection education, improve the environmental protection consciousness, correct understanding of Marx’s view of nature, economic theory, in view of rural ecological environment problems, give the solution, from system level and economic level, from the internal to the external, comprehensively and systematically presents countermeasure plan, so as to realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature, building a new socialist countryside objective.
