Study Of Ecological And Environmental Problems In The New Rural Construction

The new rural development related to the party and the country's overall, it is the most important task of the whole party. Therefore, During the Fifth Meeting of The Sixteenth Congress the Party proposed the development of production,living well-off, town civilization, the village clean and tidy and democracy in management. The report of The Sixteenth Congress said:"build an ecological civilization, and basically to save energy resources and protecting the ecological environment, industrial structure, patterns of growth and consumption". The report also stressed that it make "eco-civilization firmly establish the concept of the whole society". It was the first that ecological civilization was proposed, this is a distillation of our party's scientific development and harmonious development. The Third Meeting of The seventeenth Congress Proposed that by 2020, the rural economic system become more robust, an integrated institutional mechanism of urban and rural economic and social development has been basically established. Resource-saving and environment-friendly agricultural production system is basically formed, Habitat and ecological environment in rural areas are significantly improved and the capacity in sustainable development is growing. the ecological environment and ecological civilization is an important part of new countryside construction in China. Therefore, we must uphold the basic principles of Marxism ecological civilization are combined with the reality about the construction in rural areas and attached great importance to the new ecological civilization construction in rural areas.The new rural ecological and environmental problems are researched from the Marxist Ecological Concept in this paper. The importance of Marxist Ecological Civilization Thought has been fully manifested in the building of the new rural ecological environment.This paper has five chapters in total. In the first chapter, this paper describes the background, purpose and meaning, analyzes the dynamics and the status quo at home and abroad, points out research methods and innovations. In the second chapter this paper described the premise of the Ecological Concept of Marxist and made an induction in system for the contents of the Marxist Ecological Concept, pointed out that the main contents of the Marxist Ecological View is the ecological civilization. Chapter III the ecological civilization construction is a part of the construction in rural areas. Chapter IV introduced history and present problems. Chapter V pointed out Marxist Ecological Civilization Thought must lead the construction in rural areas.Innovations of this article is to systematically comb the ecological ideas of Marxism, to dig out the ecological civilization connotation of the scientific concept of development, provides a scientific theoretical guidance for China's new rural ecological environment construction.
