Aloe fiber is a kind of functional fiber made by adding aloe liquid in cellulose fiber spinning process.The body and appearance of aloe fiber evenly distributed nano aloe fluid,and aloe fiber belongs to pure natural green fiber.This subject was used aloe fiber mono-fiber yarn produced by Foshan Xiqiao defibrillators textile raw material Co., LTD., the fineness of the fiber is18.4tex, the substrate of the fiber is viscose. Commenced the basic performance of aloe fiber and yarn, this paper successively researched and analyzed composition, cross section shape and mechanical properties of aloe fiber and twist, hairiness, uniformity of fineness, moisture content, acid resistance and alkali resistance,mechanical properties of aloe yarn.Based on the study and analysis about the properties of stone fiber and mono-fiber yarn, six products were manufactured on STOLL-CMS530-HP computerized flat knitting machine, the six products are respectively weft plain stitch,rib1×1stitch,half-milano rib stitch,links and links stitch,cardigan rib and compound weave.Then, the fabric density, thickness, grammage and shrinkage are tested, we know that pure aloe fiber is suited to exploit knitted fabric, and which have considerable prospect of development, economic value and social benefits.In order to make the fabric has certain absorbency, be helpful for printing,dye absorption and spread of dyeing process,so it is scoured for the aloe fiber knitted. Its scoured process should be:scouring agent lg/L, Na2CO3lg/L, osmotic agent JFC5g/L, liquor ratio1:20, temperature80℃, time60min. After scouring. Scouring fabrics whiteness increased, and bursting strength is down slightly.Because of the substrate of aloe fiber is viscose, hydrogen peroxide is chosen to bleach eks knitted fabric. First,dosage of bleacher, pH value, time and temperature on bleaching effect were analyzed with the single factor analytic method, and then, the orthogonal analytic method was used to analyze bleaching processes, whiteness and bursting strength were evaluation index.The optimized bleaching process is hydrogen peroxide25mL/L, liquor ratio1:20, penetrating agent JFC2g/L, sodium carbonate2g/L,sodium silicate5g/L,,80℃,50min and pH value11. A satisfactory bleaching effect was achieved.Because of the substrate of the fiber is viscose, Considering the factors, the reactive dye was used to dye aloe fiber knitted fabric.First, the dosage of sodium carbonate, anhydrous sodium sulphate, the fixing temperature and fixing time were analyzed with the single factor analytic method, and then,the orthogonal analytic method was used to analyze dyeing process.With fabric dyeing rate and the K/S value as indicators, the optimized dyeing techniques should be:reactive KD-8B dyes2%(o.w.f), sodium carbonate20g/L, anhydrous sodium sulphate40g/L, liquor ratio1:20,the dyeing temperature60℃, the dyeing time40min, the fixing time40min, the fixing temperature90℃The essay tested the heat retaining property, air permeability, water vapor pereability, hydroscopicity, bursting strength, drapability, pilling resistance,rigid flexiblity of the six kinds of knitted fabrics.Appraised the wearability of the developed fabric with fuzzy mathematical integrated evaluation method.Finally,the results show that all the properties of aloe fiber knitted fabrics reach the demands of wearability,and meet the consuming trend of health care green and so on.
