| Maifan stone fiber is a kind of functional fiber made by adding high-tech treated trace elements of maifan stone in fiber production process, which has certain fastness and durability.This subject was used maifan stone fiber blended yarn produced by TianJin Wes Grams Technology Development Co., LTD., which is made of 60% maifan stone fiber and 40% combed cotton fiber. The fineness of the fiber is 18.46tex. The substrate of the fiber is viscose. Based on the study and analysis about the properties of maifan stone fiber and blended yarn, it is concluded that maifan stone fiber has high single fiber strength, lower elongation and uniform fineness. Its blended yarn have general single-yarn strength, high elongation, good evenness, high moisture regain, good hygroscopicity, low twist irregularity and more hairiness. It can resist hot in wet or dry environment, neither resists strong alkalis nor acid. According to the properties above, we should control the next steps reasonably.Seven kinds of knitting products were developed through experiment. The knitting process and knitting key points were expounded. After that, the basic properties of the fabrics were tested. It is showed from the testing result that pure maifan stone fiber is suitable for developing knitted fabrics.It is scoured for the maifan stone fiber knitted. Its scoured process should be: scouring agent 1g/L, NaOH 2g/L, osmotic agent JFC 6g/L, liquor ratio 1:20, temperature 90℃, time 30min. After scouring, using 0.5g/L acetic acid neutralize 10min in 80℃, then washing and drying. Scouring fabrics whiteness increased, and bursting strength is down slightly.Hydrogen peroxide is chosen as the bleacher to research the bleaching properties of maifan stone fiber. The orthogonal analytic method was used to analyze the influence of the dosage of bleacher and sodium silicate, temperature, bleaching time and pH value on fabric whiteness and bursting performance. The optimized bleaching process is hydrogen peroxide (30%) 20mL/L, sodium silicate 5g/L, penetrating agent JFC 3g/L, sodium carbonate 2g/L, pH value 11, liquor ratio 1:20,80℃and 50 min. The whiteness of bleached fabric is higher, and fabric damage is smaller. A satisfactory bleaching effect was achieved.It is researched on dyeing techniques with the reactive dye on maifan stone knitted fabrics. Analyzed the dosage of sodium carbonate, anhydrous sodium sulphate, the fixing temperature and fixing time with orthogonal analytic method. With fabric dyeing rate and the K/S value as indicators, the optimized dyeing techniques should be:reactive KN-G dyes 2%(o.w.f), sodium carbonate 25g/L, anhydrous sodium sulphate 40g/L, sodium hexametaphosphate 1%(o.w.f), the dyeing temperature 60℃, the dyeing time 30min, the fixing time 40min, the fixing temperature 90℃, liquor ratio 1:20. Tested the dyeing properties of the dyed fabrics, the results is that the washing color fastness, the cricking color fastness and the perspiration color fastness all meet the demand well.Through the tests on the comfortableness, durability, dimensional stability and the emission of the far-infrared of maifan stone fiber knitted fabrics, it is showed that the heat preservation, the air permeability, the wet permeability, the capillary effect, the bursting strength, the rigidity-flexibility, the drapability and the crease recovery of maifan stone fiber knitted fabrics are good, and the emitting rate of far-infrared can be up to 85%. Appraised the wearability of the developed fabric with fuzzy mathematical integrated evaluation method. The results show that all the properties of maifan stone fiber knitted fabrics meet the demands of wearability. Maifan stone fiber is fit for knitting garments. The products will have a large market potential, because it fit the consuming trend of environment, fashion and health. |
