Study On The Optimization Of Logistics Management And Strategies In Cold Industry

The cold logistics development has a good prospects in China, however, themanagement system in the moment in China isn’t perfect，such as making a high cost inthe logistics and the ineffective social resources, which will ultimately affect the qualityof our cold products. The less investment in cost control, information management,personnel incentives and technology input can not fully reflect the characteristics ofcold logistics industry, can not fully develop the advantages of l ogistics resources.Therefore, a more effective optimization scheme can contribute to the healthydevelopment of cold logistics. This paper analyzes the constraints of cold logisticsdevelopment and discusses the optimization schemes and treatment strategies by usingresearch status at home and abroad.Firstly, based on the analysis of cold logistics industry management at home andabroad this paper analyzes the issues in cold logistics management at present, gives theabstract definition of cold logistics, and proposes the cost structure of cold logistics.Secondly, with the help of the cost structure, this paper proposes four optimizationschemes, such as optimizing the transport cost by strengthening the consciousness oflogistics cost, optimizing the transport process by strengthening the link of terminalchain, optimizing the talents training in cold logistics industry by perfecting talentsmechanism, optimizing a new network in cold logistics industry by establishing atransportation information network, and then describes the application of fouroptimization schemes in cold logistics management fields.Finally, with the verification on practical subjects, this paper proves the greatsignificance of four optimization schemes. Then this paper puts forward fourcorresponding strategies such as starting from the logistics system, starting from theproduct characteristics, starting from the characteristics in cold logistics market, andstarting from the costs in cold logistics, these strategies have practical significance forcold logistics management in our country.
