The new curriculum reform is fast developing in the Chinese basic education. Thenew curriculum reform promotes the innovative education approach, and trains thestudents’ scientific spirit, creative thinking and innovation capability. The Implementer ofthe new curriculum reform is the teachers, thus the key of teaching quality is teachers’professional knowledge, professional skills, and overall quality, so the teachers’ teachingcapability and national development are linked closely.This paper adopts literature research method which aims the features of biologicalteacher education, and finds the conclusion that the quality of biological graduatedstudent includes three aspects which are the professional ethics quality, knowledgequality, and professional skill quality.We print questionnaire to retrieve the feedback information about the pre-workteacher quality training from biological teachers who are working under two years andgraduate from one of normal universities of northeast provinces of China. This paperstudies whether the quality of biological normal students could satisfy the requirement ofteachers’ work by questionnaire method.The survey results show that the graduated students from all normal universitieshave good professional ethics. However, the biological knowledge and normal teachingknowledge cannot satisfy the requirement of teaching practice. The teaching skill of keynormal university and regular normal university of province is outstanding, however, theteaching research ability and experimental researching ability are need to be improved.The key normal university of ministry of education has good quality on professionalknowledge ability, scientific research ability, experimental research ability, and teachingability, however, the ability of chalk and mandarin needs to be improved.According to the survey results, some suggest is proposed for normal universities:set the courses which closely related to biology teaching of senior high school; emphasisthe teacher skill, and strengthen educational practice; strengthen cooperation with seniorhigh school to achieve the transform from educational theory to teaching practiceexperience; strengthen cooperation between the normal universities, and pay more effortto narrow the gap between the normal universities.
