Water, the source of life, not only restricts the development of social economy, alsoaffect human survival environment. Problems of water has become one of the problems isattention at home and abroad. Water resources abundant reserves, groundwater resourcesexploitation potential, play an important role in water resources.In recent decades, the economic in China development rapidly, the quality of people’slife and living standards have constantly improve and enhance, sewage and industrial wastewater, waste gas, waste residue emissions increases day by day also. The groundwater systemchanged form the initial on certain level under the dual effects of the hydrogeologicalconditions and human activities. The human over-exploitation and not the rationaldevelopment and utilization of the groundwater resources, caused the groundwater level fell, alanding funnel formation, the ground cracks and salty water invasion and a series ofgeological environment problems. This form the groundwater system evolution negatively.For this negative evolution, if we do not take any measures to control it, groundwaterresources will continue to decrease, groundwater quality will continue to worsen, a series ofgeological environment problems will increase. Therefore, study on the sustainabledevelopment of groundwater resources in our country, is significant for the protection ofgroundwater resources and the improvement.Taking Guangrao County as the research area, through the analysis for the areaunderground monitoring data of groundwater quality and water level, we summarize the thechange rule of groundwater quality and water level and its influence factors in recent decadesof Guangrao County, illustrates the large-scale mining groundwater and not reasonable usegroundwater can lead to drop of water level, the descent, the formation of the ground crackfunnel into and salty water invasion and so on a series of geological environment problems.Illuminates that the large-scale mining groundwater and not reasonable use groundwater canlead to the groundwater level fell, a landing funnel formation, the ground cracks and saltywater invasion and a series of geological environment problems. On the basis of the furtherunderstanding of the groundwater resources sustainable development and utilization, weestablish the groundwater resources evaluation index system for sustainable utilization of groundwater resources of Guangrao County, according to the features of the analytichierarchy process, hierarchy and classification,calculate the index weight of variousindicators of the evaluation index system, using the Matlab and based on the developmentplatform of Visual Studio2008and then evaluate the groundwater resources utilizationcondition of present and forecast years for Guangrao County. It reveals that the mutualrelations between the the groundwater resources exploitation and economic and socialdevelopment on the impact of humanactivities, and the trends. We find out the problems ofgroundwater resources of Guangrao County, put forward the corresponding countermeasureand the suggestion. The research contents are as follows:(1) The anaiysis on the variation of groundwater level: According to the monitoring dataof years of the regional groundwater level, summarized that the dynamic change regulation ofwater level dearing the interannual and annual years, analysis systemly the influence factorsof groundwater level changes, and classificate the types of groundwater exploitation in thearea.(2) The anaiysis on the changing rule of groundwater quality: According to the ofgroundwater quality monitoring datas for many years in Guangrao County, we analysed thechanging rule of ground water quality, reveals the main pollutant concentration variationmechanism and the relationship between the groundwater system and its environmentalcondition, reflect the influence and control on the groundwater chemical environment by theinternal factors of hydrogeological structure and and external factors of agricultural activities,city sewage, and groundwater exploitation.(3) Eestablished the evaluation index system of sustainable utilization of groundwaterresources in Guangrao county: on the basis of the concept of sustainable utilization ofgroundwater resources and the research results and own understanding, discusses theconnotation of the sustainable utilization of groundwater resources, expound the theoreticaland realistic significance of the establishment of sustainable utilization evaluation indexsystem regional of water resources; reference to domestic and international evaluation indexclassification standard and special conditions of Guangrao County,we established sustainableutilization evaluation index system in Guangrao County, according to the features of theanalytic hierarchy process, hierarchy and classification,calculate the index weight of various indicators of the evaluation index system, using the Matlab and based on the developmentplatform of Visual Studio2008and then evaluate the groundwater resources utilizationcondition of present and forecast years for Guangrao County.(4) The countermeasure and suggestion of the groundwater resources sustainabledevelopment and utilization in Guangrao County: on the basise of the establishment ofsustainable utilization of groundwater resource evaluation index system, analiysed theproblem that exists in the process of groundwater exploitation and using, and then proposesthe corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion.
