The mine hydrogeological work is essential on mine safety, in recent years, the extraordinarily serious coal mine water damage accident-prone, it’s seriously affecting the personal and the production safety. In our country coal mine hydrogeological condition is complexity need a large amount of information, which requires efficient management and analysis to these data, this can guide the prevention and treatment of mine production and mine water hazard. Development the mine hydrogeological information management system based on WebGIS can effectively manage hydro-geological data, using geographic information systems and network technology to achieve the synchronization of hydrogeological maps and hydrogeological information, it’s convenient the sharing of the mine hydrogeological data between different regions.This system is meaningful exploration about the geographic information system (GIS) development of technology in the mine hydrogeological information management system. On the basis of geographic information systems, research and development of the mine hydrogeological information management system could scientific analysis and effective management of the mine hydrogeological information make the management more normative and systematic, which would conducive to update, query, retrieval and analysis the mine hydrology data for the management department. Under the current management we propose the B/S structure of the mine hydrology remote management model, using SQL Server2005database to complete the mine hydrogeological data management, choosing GIS software’s ArcGIS Server9.3as the development platform for the re-developing of various modules and functions of the system, development environment using the object-oriented Microsoft Visual Studio.NET2008, selecting C#as programming language.This paper firstly introduces the current status of the mine hydrology information management, and the solution to solve the current problem, then studies the mine hydrogeological basic theory and key technology of the system development. Secondly, lucubrating study of the needs analysis and the overall design of the system, elaborate expounded the spatial database and attribute database design of the system. Finally, using existing data verified the system functions, the system user via the Internet achieves the function of the hydrogeological map of the basic graphics operations, data management, spatial analysis, management of water damage and so on. |
