Geographical models are useful tools in the study of the earth system. In the previous studies, numerous geographical models have been developed. However, it’s very difficult to solve such complicated geographic problems with a single geographic model or a single algorithm. These geographic models have distinct heterogeneous characteristics in the principle of modeling and implementing. The earth is a complex system. Along with the development of society and science, solving complex geographic problems has become more and more intense. In order to solve complicated geographic problems, coupling and assembling various models in different fields is crucial. Previous studies have suggested that geographical models integration is not as simple as the stack of different models, whereas it is integrated specifically with knowledge and rules considering the geoscience aims and finally solves the complicated problems that are unavailable by any single model.This paper is orientated by the demand of sharing and integration in geographical modeling, which focuses on the problems that are encountered in multiple modeling integration in geographical problems solving and also has done deeply research on the integrated data expression modeling in the sharing and integration of distributed geographical modeling. Then, this paper implements the integrated expression of data and information in geographical modeling by designing the Universal Data expression Modeling (UDX) and its enhanced edition Schema in geographical data oriented modeling based on having done deeply research on expression, normalization and storage structure in multi-sources geographical data modeling, which also combines the research work of the team in recent years. To verify the effectiveness of UDX in presenting geographical data and describing information, this paper lists the characteristics of the different space data structures and the descriptive information, which also proves the feasibility of integrated data modeling.Also, this paper implements the original system of geographical data expression modeling and verifies the validity of Modeling Expression Experience based on UDX and Geodatabase, Data Calculation Modeling Experience based on UDX and3-D Data Expression Experience based on UDX, which indicates that the integrated data expression model can implement general expression and fully utilization in multi-sources geographical data and its descriptive information, which also has significantly practically meaningful in solving problems encountered in geographical data expression in sharing and integration of distributed geographical modeling.
