With the globalization deepening, knowledge economy era have come to us quietly. As science and technology iterative speed ever increasing, intense market competition and other many kinds of factors for joint influence, the complexity and uncertainty of the environment enterprise live in suddenly multiply. At this time, the original strong rigidity of the scientific management model confronts a huge challenge which makes the enterprise maintain competitive advantage ragged. How to improve the enterprise management strategy, improve the organizational performance for new competitive power in the management of the enterprise development appears to be more important nowadays. Long-term research and operation practice shows that merge management with flexibility in order to deal with the complicated and changeable business environment for enterprises can effectively increase the tension and adaptability, promote the enterprise organization performance. Especially introduction of flexibility to human resource management make it easier to make flexibility to penetrate into the organization with functions, so as to improve the comprehensive organizational performance, make the enterprise competitive advantages sustainable. So, flexibility study theory for human resources management is valuable with great practical significance.Based on the theory of flexible human resources as the breakthrough point with CAMCE Whu Design&Research limited company as empirical background, this paper discusses and summarizes flexibility theory merged into human resources management through standard analysis and empirical analysis. And then mining effect of flexible human resources management on organizational performance with the characteristics of the company as to discover the problem and merge flexible management into human resource management practice. Next, study the mechanism of flexible human resources management to improve enterprise competitive advantages, get the dual value for theory and practice, and provide advice and reference for enterprise's strategy.The content of this paper mainly divided into five parts. Chapter1elaborates the purpose and significance of the research and reviews the related literature research in the past, constructs the whole idea. On the basis of past related theory of flexible human resources integration, Chapter2puts forward and determines a three dimensional flexible human resources system and some related important concept. This chapter establishes the research of theory and lay the foundation for empirical research. Chapter3conducts empirical analysis of CAMCE Whu Design&Research organization performance status and the complete overall cognitive of organizational performance. Combined with flexible theory and human resources and empirical analysis on performance of organization, Chapter4puts forward influencing factors of organizational performance for the company. Based on theory research and empirical analysis, Chapter5provides human resources management strategies for improving organizational performance, construction of competitive advantages for the company from the angle of human resources. Finally, this chapter summarizes the research, shortage of research and development in the future research prospect.
