| As engineering project has been regarded as the carrier of enterprise strategy implementation, one of key tasks that enterprises realize their project management is to find optimized human resource allocation for each project. The optimized HR allocation and management not only works effectively on project schedule, cost and quality goal, but also is essential for the realization of enterprise strategy goal, moreover, it also helps the whole enterprise improve its core competition ability to the great extent by knowledge accumulation and innovation.One of the most outstanding problems that project HR management confronts with is how to combine the human resource in the project with that in the whole enterprise systematically, thus to realize the optimization of HR management, which will greatly improve the operation efficiency of project HR management system through continuously gaining, developing and improving project HR ability.At the beginning this thesis introduces the basic theories of human resource allocation, stimulation, project HR management as well as its connotation and features, in the following chapter, it carries out a deep analysis on the current HR management status of chitin medical suture project in H company, mainly focuses on its HR allocation, communication, prompting mechanism assessment as well, by the empirical study above, the thesis points out some deficiencies in HR evaluation, salary and stimulation systems, according to which, the thesis puts forward solutions, such as reasonable promoting mechanism, HR allocation mechanism, team construction mechanism and so on, meanwhile it also talks about scientific organization, people-centered concept, effective communication methods and the equal stress on both system and culture.The suggested promotion system for HR management could also be referenced in terms of project management, HR stimulation and application, even the efficiency promotion in similar enterprise engineer projects because of its project HR management features. |
