Being in the more dynamic business environment and international, versatile and global conflict, it is critical for enterprises to research new organization architecture and management in flexible way. In order to lower labor cost and develop competitive advantage, enterprises always apply human resource flexibility strategy to achieve purposes. For enterprises it is available to implement task flexibility, numerical flexibility, working-time flexibility, and wage flexibility to meet the practical work demands. Flexibility promises organizations the ability to become competitive in an increasingly global economy. For employees, flexibility promises improved working conditions and more varied and interesting jobs. So calls for flexibility have come from both employer and employee groups. The purpose of this research is to find out the application of HEM flexibility from the strategic perspective and the influence of the application of HRM flexibility on organizational performance in domestic enterprises.The methods I used in the study were literature summarizes and questionaire survey. The thesis is divided into five chapters. First of all, chapter one details a brief review of HRM flexibility and organizational performance theory from relevant literatures. In the chapter two, I propose a investigative framework for this study; Chapter three introduces the investigative methods used in this study; Chapter four examines the impact of HRM flexibility on organizational performance via the SPSS11.5 software; Chapter five provides the results of this study and proposes some suggestions for the practice in human resource management from the findings of the empirical research.
