With the deepening of market economy development and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the environment of uncertainty and complexity of a sudden increase, coupled with changes in the concept of people in employment and increase employment flexibility, corporate employees how to improve job performance, and continuously enhance the market competitiveness, and has become a very important research topic.Studies have shown that the flexible management of human resources has a certain impact on organizational performance, but at home and abroad for flexible human resources management, organizational performance relationship is also very rare in empirical studies, which provide in-depth study of the enormous problem of space. Research on this topic, you can understand the business strategy is a flexible human resources affect organizational performance, through the analysis of flexible management and organizational performance and the relationship between the influencing factors for the enterprises to strengthen human resources management, improve employee job performance and provide theoretical guidance and appropriate countermeasures.In this paper, flexible human resources management, organizational performance as the research object, from the practical situation of our country, at home and abroad and research results related to the theory put forward hypotheses and assumptions of the model, and through a questionnaire survey, the use of SPSS statistical software for survey data analysis to explore the flexible human resources management , the relationship between organizational performance. The results show that the flexible human resources management of organizational performance has a significant impact; functional flexibility, pay flexibility on the financial aspects of organizational performance has a significant impact; task or functional flexibility, temporal or working-time flexibilityand wage of financial flexibility study of organizational performance and growth has a significant impact level. At the basis of the results of the study, combined with an analysis of Chinese practice and discussion, flexible human resources management of a great importance to vocational training and job design in order to improve profitability and employee satisfaction, take full advantage of numerical flexibility to obtain the advantages of specialization, appropriate implementation of flexible working hours system, set up performance-based and combined profit-sharing system of remuneration system.
