Procurement Quality Management Research Based On Lean Six Sigma In Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprise

With the rapid development of global economy and science technology, mankind's demand for quality has increasingly higher, and customer satisfaction has become the final standard of measuring quality. The automotive industry is an important industry to support and stimulate the rapid development of China's economy. Automotive is a product with high security requirements, for its quality is directly related to the life and property safety of consumers. The quality of the car has become one of the key elements to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, which the formation process of automobile quality includes the quality of parts procurement and automotive manufacturing quality. From the angle of the vehicle manufacturers, the quality of auto parts procurement is the basic protection for car companies to ensure the implementation of the quality of the production. Only to meet the quality standards of components into the vehicle manufacturing, will it be possible to produce a car to meet quality standards. Therefore, it is necessary for the research of vehicle parts procurement quality management.In this paper, aiming at the characteristics of the vehicle manufacturers purchase quality, with learning the development of a variety of quality management methods, we choose lean mass theory and the Six Sigma methodology for integration, and apply it in a reality automobile companies'procurement of quality management, the main content research include:(1)Analyze status about quality management of procurement in the supply chain environment, and the status of the use of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma management methods at home and abroad, the characteristics, value, and understanding between the two core ideas and technical tools.(2)Study the characteristics of the vehicle manufacturers and automotive supply chain, make clear the position of the vehicle manufacturers in the automotive supply chain, and the automotive supply chain development trend of the modular supplier-driven supply vehicle manufacturers chain system is set up, the role is growing.(3)With the combination of purchasing quality characteristics of the vehicle manufacturers, make lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology into an organic integration, proposed Lean Six Sigma quality of procurement management methods for vehicle manufacturers. Use the methods in a reality vehicle manufacturers to test and verify.(4)Combine with the characteristics of a vehicle manufacturers, use ASP.NET (C#) and SQL Server2005, then build quality of procurement management information platform based on Lean Six Sigma.
