Staff training is an efficient way to Elevating capabilities for enterprise managers doing their roles well, so as staffs to enhance their job skills, cultivated their love and devotion for their career, with opening mind and sense of responsibility. With the growth of the country's rapidly economic development and social changes, in a time of technical renovation, it will all pushing affect to the changing market. It forcing the enterprise to alter their management system to update faster, how to train high quality, high-quality personnel to lay a human resource base for long-term development of enterprises, all enterprises are will face an important problem.By2011, on behalf of the economic barometer of the Chinese real estate industry suffered the most severe ever macro-control. This stringent control over the property market turmoil to promote the industry reshuffle, the specification development of the industry is of positive significance, the strong stronger after the storm. The face to the arrival of industry in winter, the competition between housing prices will come close to the cruel. Housing prices in survival? How to develop? The author believes that business competition is the competition of talents, and how to find training, the use of high-quality, high-quality talent is the real problem facing enterprises.This thesis, Zhongnan real estate company as a research object, the depth and systematic study of its employee training system. Papers to the modern enterprise human resource management theory, corporate employee training theory, always adhere to the research theory and practice, adhere to scientific analysis and empirical analysis, case studies of Zhongnan real estate company staff training methods, a comprehensive analysis employee training system, the status of Zhongnan real estate development companies, the problems in the existing staff training in the Zhongnan real estate development company, such as the organizational capacity of training centers are limited backward training awareness and training concepts, training needs analysis and impact assessment of scientific and other issues in-depth analysis.
