Abstract/Summary:
The urban drainage stations of Jingdezhen city faced various risks after they were put into operation with the development and expansion of the urban area of Jingdezhen. In2010and2011, devastating floods occurred in Jingdezhen city, swallowing up five drainage stations respectively in Xiguazhou and Laoyatan, etc. These drainage stations suffered serious losses, while having to run regardless its danger. And this, coupled with the full development of the water area of the storage and detention of the original urban drainage stations, caused a serious impediment to the operational capacity of the drainage stations, as well as impact on the safety of flood control and drainage, resulting in more serious urban water-logging and heavy city-wide economic losses. The quantitative assessment of various risk issues carried out in this paper is of important theoretical and practical significance. Measurement of the extent and probability of losses for the operation management of these drainage stations can be achieved by means of the combination of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and questionnaire survey, so as to carry out scientific assessment of the operation and management risks of Jingdezhen urban drainage stations. What's more, the identification of the focus on risk management can be accomplished according to the assessment results and result analysis, to take targeted response measures, as well as provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the industry management departments to conduct re-planning of the operation and management strategy.
